Serve:
Luke 1:74, Hebrews 9:14, 13:20-21 Believers
receive empowerment to serve the Lord our God in an acceptable
way.
“To rescue us
from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve him without
fear.” Luke 1:74

more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit
offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from
acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!”

from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep,
equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work
in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be

Warfare:
Revelation 12:11, 1 Peter 2: 6-8. The same blood of Jesus
was able to conquer the devil, principalities and powers
publicly. Colossians 1:15. The blood of Jesus is a
powerful instrument with the Word of God to break satanic yoke
and set captives free. Believers have this authority through
Christ. The devil can never cross the bloodline. He could not
cross it in the Red Sea, on the Cross, in Heaven, on earth even
beneath the earth Philippians 2:8-11, Hebrews 11:28-29 (NIV)
Covenant:
Since covenants are usually made among men by blood oath, Jesus
shed His blood as the only mark of covenant between God and man.
Hebrews13: 20-21, Matthew 26:26-28. The blood is
seal of blessing for Believers in Christ.
LORD, Messiah, we love You and appreciate these times in which
we are living. Please give us the courage to stand when we need
to stand, to speak when we need to speak, and the wisdom to know
when to bridle our tongues. Let us stand before Kings and let us
profess Your Word to the world. Amen.

C
ommand a blessing
upon yourself everyday; and as often as you like during the day and
night. In fact, you can command a blessing upon your family members
and friends, your loved ones, church members, co-workers, strangers,
and aliens.
As you command a
blessing upon yourself and others, you may be reluctant because you
do not know what to command upon yourself or others. When I was
meditating concerning this devotional, the Holy Spirit shared with
me this points.
Command that
you desire God’s Will with all your heart, mind, soul, and
strength.
Command that
the Father’s Will bear fruit in your life.
Command good
heath through practicing healthy living. (Proper diet, exercise,
rest, and fun)
Command the
Love of Father Yahweh to permeate all Creation.
Command Peace
at your apartment, home, business, workplace, institution,
state, church, nation.
Command the
nations and individuals to focus on the plight of the
fatherless, widows, homeless, poor, strangers. (This starts with
you.)
Command the
Angels to do this, that, and the other for you.
You can think of
more personal commands and of course ask Jesus and the Holy Spirit
to share other commands which will be helpful. The Angels can give
you some advice as well.
Get in the habit
of commanding blessings upon yourself and others. Get out of the
habit of saying bad words and thinking bad thoughts (no matter how
humorous); “stinking thinking” is not productive. Think positive.
Act positive and be well.

pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as
a garment.”

During
most of my Christian life,
I learned and was taught that this scripture meant that if you are
proud or too proud that something bad will happen to you because
pride is not a good thing spiritually because “pride” is what took
down God’s right hand man, satan. (In my books I always keep the “S”
on satan small as not to give him any power.) In this devotional
where you read destruction, hear “destruction of families.”
Pride is often
the national energy which you feel during Olympic events when your
team wins. Pride is the good thing which helps build your ego when
your self-esteem is low; but needs to be turned off once balance is
attained. Pride is also the national energy which compelled the
German nation into the pits of Holocaust hell.
“Only by pride
cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.” Proverb
13:10 (KJ)
One morning when
I woke, the Holy Spirit placed this about “Pride” in my spirit.
“Pride goes
before destruction.”
And I thought immediately about the Iraq War. I do not know what but
I was in the spirit. How did that relate? I wondered. “Before
destruction Pride will be there.” Now, I am thinking, “pride” is
a principality of satan, a large evil entity that is at a location
before destruction comes; in fact it ushers it in. “Pride comes,
then destruction follows. If you see destruction, then you see a
place where pride has been.”
Then I get the
picture. 1)Individual Result of Pride. Yes, pride
goes before destruction—if you are too proud, then you will do
something that will bring you a negative result. This is the
individual, carnal, earthly, physical result of pride. 2) Group
Result of Pride. The group: spiritually evil result of pride. A)
One can look at a war, conflict or national or international
conflagration and understand spiritually that someone or some group
or groups have engaged enough pride to engineer national and/or
international events to bring about “Destruction.” B) One can
view a family, a group, or a nation filled with national pride to
determine from whom the next national and/or international conflict
will be arising.
In closing, not
only does pride impact us personally and individually with some
distressful reality of personal destruction, but also on more global
scales of national and international destruction. Where you read
destruction, hear “destruction of families,” because the bombs of
destruction destroys families. Do not let pride visit your home.
Instead of saying, “I am proud of you,” say, “I am happy for you (or
happy with you),” or “I love you.”

Develop Your Family Base - 1.
Leaders must develop their family base for the following reasons:
1. Manage –1 Timothy 3:5, “If any man does not know how to rule his
own house, how shall he take care of the church of God.”
First and foremost, you are the priest at home before ministry.
Genesis 18:19, 1 Timothy 3:4.
2. Care –1 Timothy 5:8 If anyone does not provide for his relatives,
and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and
is worse than an unbeliever.
The leader must
be a channel of blessing to his family first and foremost. There are
four (4) different kinds of homes / family characterized by
expectations of the children and wife compared with support from the
husband:
1.
Apathetic family
2.
Stressful family
3.
Pampered family
4.
Balanced family
1. Apathetic
Home
The children have low expectations, needs and low support from the
husband in form of care or commitment to the family’s needs as well
as children upbringing. The family members are indifferent and
uncaring.
2. Stressful
Home
This is characterised by high expectation and low support. The home
becomes tensed up as well as suicidal. The result is that children
in such homes becomes distressed, fearful and oppressed. They can
result to running errand for neighbours for food. Furthermore, it
may have negative effect on their mental faculty or reasoning.
3. Pampered
Home
Low expectation with high support. The children receive far more
than they need. They become petty and indulgent with the result
that they are spoilt. There is overwhelming leaning on the part of
the children to their parents without whom they may find it
difficult to find their feet or fend for themselves.
4. Balanced
Home
Characterized by high expectation and high support. The children
are confident and affirmed. The result is that their intelligence
quotient becomes high. They are blessed children with high moral
value.
God’s will is the balanced home.
To build a balanced home therefore, the biblical principles must be
followed tenaciously.
LORD, Messiah, we love You and appreciate these times in which

FATHER GOD, thank You for our adversity in our lives which lets
us know that we are on the right track in our fight against
evil. Bless You Christ for allowing us to know You. Thank You
Holy Spirit for sharing with us the Holy Things of God and for
allowing us to perfect our relationships with our families
through Jesus. Amen. Have a
